Enable cookies OPERA
- Open Opera browser and go to Browser Settings.
- In settings choose Privacy & security tab.
- Scroll down to Cookies section and choose checkbox Allow local data to be set (recommended)
- Restart Opera.

Opera stores its cookies in %appdata%OperaOperacookies4. dat, and you can just delete the file. If you want to delete individual cookies, that would take a lot more work.
